Mobile operator Tele2 Russia has implemented a chat bot from the IT company CRT, belonging to Sberbank, reports Tadvider.ru. The project has been carried out in cooperation with the IT company Croc. The bot is based on the dialogue platform ChatNavigator from CRT and will be used for serving customers at the call centre of the operator.
The chat-bot is able to carry out a dialogue on more than 1,000 subjects, and AI and machine learning will help expand its capabilities.
