These strategies not only could expand the ideas of the protection of intangible cultural heritage, but also create greater service value. It discusses the properties of intangible cultural heritage services from the perspective of service design. It analyzes the content and value of intangible cultural heritage service, proposes intangible cultural heritage service design strategy, researches the customer journey of silver ornaments cultural service of Qiang, analyzes the touch points and needs of stakeholders by using blueprints, then builds the APP operation model. In the thinking of service design, it creates intangible cultural heritage service to meet the needs of stakeholders by service design tools, it could explore the possibility of culture service source and the ways of protecting intangible cultural heritage and achieve win-win situation of cultural protection and people's promotion demand.
