Subject:Yan Xinping   
Introduction: Yan Xinping (1959.07.28-) is an expert in Waterway Traffic Engineering Technology, coming from Lotus County, Jiangxi Province. He graduated from Wuhan Institute of Water Transportation Engineering in 1982, and received his doctoral degree from Xi’an Jiaotong University in 1997. He was the director of the National Engineering Research Center for Water Transport Safety, and a member of the Discipline Review Group of the Transportation Engineering, and the deputy director of the Department of Energy and Transportation, Science and Technology Committee, Ministry of Education. He was the vice president of Wuhan University of Technology.
