Introduction: Biography: Associate Professor Dr Diana Lea Baranovich Shoup, PhD, California Coast University, M.Edu., MD. Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, Palo Alto, Ca, U.S (Transpersonal Psychology), BME. Currently she is an Associate Professor in the Department of Education Psychology and Counselling in Universiti Malaya. She is also a fine arts curriculum specialist and educational psychologist. She has taught music, dance, theatre-arts, literature and English language, social psychology, career development and counselling theories throughout the US and Asia. She has developed specialised curriculums in fine arts and creative expression for several early childhood educational centres in China, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.
