Evolve the Key performance Indicators (KPIs) based on this at the business & functional levels, by deploying the Balanced Score Card approach. - Conduct the diagnostic Study to identify the weakness areas in the business Supply Chain that impede better business performance. - Suggest and facilitate select solutions to eliminate these weaknesses. The solutions can be Process improvement, ICT / ERP adoption, SCM & Spend management, HR improvement etc., all leading to reduced costs of operation, better resources & Funds utilization, Talent retention etc. - Once the above is done as required, facilitate deployment of the KPIs evolved above for Target management & performance reviews. During his professional career, Aithal has worked for large & multinational organizations and Business Groups – earlier in India, US & UK, and now in the UAE for the last 10 years in the above areas of Business Consulting. His Consulting ability primarily comes from his work experience in global Management Consulting Services companies – PriceWaterHouse Coopers (MCS) and IBM (GBS); and also by associating with companies like McKinsey & AT Kearney Studies at the Client site in the UAE. In the recent years, he has worked for the ETA ASCON Group and Saif Al Ghurair Group company as the Management Consultant / Advisor, enabling them to improve business performance significantly. Aithal did his Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering & O.R. from IIT, Kharagpur, is a top Ranker and and has over 4 decades of professional experience.
