UNESCO is supporting the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (MICT) in finalizing the draft National Community Media Policy Framework and seeks the assistance of a national consultant(s) to Review, Align, update, and finalize the  Policy Framework.

This framework is pivotal for safeguarding democratic participation, upholding freedom of expression, amplifying marginalized voices, promoting cultural diversity, ensuring access to information, fostering socioeconomic development, maintaining media pluralism, and advancing social inclusion and empowerment.
