The timing for Sunday’s storms will continue through the afternoon and into the evening. The severe risk will be isolated, but heavy rain and damaging winds will be likely with this forecast.  Keep checking with WeatherNation for more updates on our severe weather risk.

A few lingering storms will be possible overnight through the Kansas City metro close to the center of rotation. Expect frequent lightning and heavy rain through the overnight hours.
