摘要:现代化工的核心技术是催化技术,而催化技术的核心是催化剂。如何实现催化剂的研发由“经验指导实验”的传统模式向“理论预测、实验验证”的新模式转变,是当今催化领域的关键问题。本次讲座将围绕“非均相催化剂设计”这一主题,讲述催化剂理性设计的时代背景及必要性,重点介绍密度泛函理论(DFT)的基础知识以及如何通过DFT计算进行催化剂设计,最后通过研究实例讲解基于DFT计算进行催化剂设计的一般思路和步骤。本次课程将对从事化工、化学、材料、计算机等领域的工作者、研究者具有一定的裨益。
Abstract: Catalysis technology is of critical importance for modern chemical engineering, while catalysts are the core of catalysis technology. How to realize the development of catalysts from traditional “empirical model” to “theoretical prediction-experimental confirmation model” is a key problem for catalysis filed. This lecture will focus on the design of heterogeneous catalysts, introducing the background and the necessity of rational design of catalysts, the fundamentals of density functional theory (DFT) and how to use DFT calculations for catalysts design. Finally, I will give several research examples to show the basic ideas and steps to design heterogeneous catalysts by using DFT calculations. This lecture might benefit people who involve in chemical engineering, chemistry, materials and computer science, etc.

摘要:讲座首先简要“一带一路”提出四年来在中国国内和国外的认知现状;接着从“一带一路”的历史发展开始,介绍“一带一路”的渊源、历史地位、文化情感等方面;而课程的重点部分则是通过国际、国内两个经济环境的分析引导学员理解“一带一路”建设倡议提出的经济及社会背景;之后,介绍四年来“一带一路”倡议和建设的行动框架及现状进展;最后简要分析“一带一路”倡议与建设所面临的问题以及可能的应对策略。
Abstract: The lecture first briefly introduces the local and international cognition of the Belt and Road initiative. Then, it starts from the recall of the history of the Silk Road and the Marine Time Silk Road and introduces the origin, significance, and cultural understanding of Silk Road. Then, it analyses the local and international economic and social backgrounds of the Belt and Road initiative. After that, it introduces the development process, progress, and status quo of the Belt and Road initiative. At last, it tries to analyze the problems the initiative is facing and probable countermeasures.

摘要:随着国民经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,社会对能源的需求越来越大,节能技术的开发和应用已不容忽视。节能从开始对单个余热流的研究,进而发展为对单个设备的研究,但都只强调个体而忽视了整体影响。过程系统工程学科的发展使人们逐步认识到,只有将整个系统集成起来作为一个有机整体来考虑过程系统节能,而非针对单个设备或物流,才能使化工系统达到整体最优。夹点分析技术是通过集成热交换器网络(HEN)降低能耗的有力工具,并已被开发成许多不同的工具来处理不同特性的问题。本课程将对夹点分析技术及其工业应用作以介绍。
Abstract: With the development of the national economy, the demand for energy is increasing. The development and application of energy-saving technologies should not be ignored. The development of process systems engineering has led to the gradual realization that, in order to make the chemical system to achieve the overall optimal, it is necessary to integrate the entire system as an organic whole, rather than for a single device. Pinch analysis technology is a powerful tool for reducing energy consumption through integrating heat exchanger network (HEN) and has been developed into a number of different tools to deal with problems with different characteristics. This course This lecture will give a brief introduction about the principle of pinch analysis technology. Thereafter, its industrial application will be presented.

陕西省能源化工过程强化重点实验室
简介
陕西省能源化工过程强化重点实验室(下称实验室)依托于西安交通大学,于2015年9月由陕西省科技厅批准正式建设;费维扬院士任实验室学术委员会主任,杨伯伦教授任实验室主任。实验室针对我省能源化工行业转型升级、提质增效的重大需求,主要围绕反应过程强化、传递过程强化和系统集成三个方向开展研究工作。目标是建成高水平能源化工过程强化的研究平台,聚集一流研究开发人才,针对我省能源化工领域的发展瓶颈问题,展开前瞻性科学基础研究,开发新的过程强化技术,产生原创性重大成果,从而更好地发挥引领和示范作用,为陕西乃至国家能源化工的可持续发展提供支撑。
实验室长期以来跟踪能源化工领域的国内外学术前沿,面向国家发展战略,经过多年积累在在能源化工过程的反应与传递强化这一特色方向上的研究已进入国内先进水平,并在国内外化学工程领域产生了广泛的学术影响力。近5年实验室共承担国家级和省部级科研任务100余项,其中国家“973”、“863”、“科技支撑计划”、“重大专项”,基金委 “杰出青年基金”、“重点项目”、“重大研究计划”等项目12项。尤其是2015年9月获批建设以来,实验室获批新增国家自然科学基金项目24项。发表相关学术论文400余篇,其中SCI论文270余篇,出版《压缩机工程手册》等专著5部;获国家教学一等奖和省级科技奖各1项。实验室研究成果推动了相关行业技术发展,并取得了明显的经济和社会效益,为国家和陕西化工行业的发展做出了重要的贡献。系统集成优化技术研究成果已成功应用于中石油、中石化和陕煤化等大型企业,取得了显著的经济和社会效益,年经济效益超过2000万元;提出了系列反应与反应耦合,反应与分离耦合等新的过程强化策略,并应用于陕煤化的新技术开发;自主研发的化工过程天然气压缩机成套技术,摆脱了国际先进企业的技术垄断,先后在近10个企业实施,累计实现产值超过5亿元。
Brief Introduction of Shaanxi Key Laboratory of Energy Chemical Process Intensification
Shaanxi Key Laboratory of Energy Chemical Process Intensification, which is based on Xi’an Jiaotong University, established in Sep, 2015 under the authorization of Shaanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology. Professor Fei Weiyang is the dean of Laboratory Academic Committee and Professor Yang Bolun is the dean of Laboratory.
The Laboratory’s research mainly focus on Intensification of Reaction Process, Intensification of Transfer Process and System Assembling with the need of upgrading of Chemical and Energy Industry in Shaanxi Province. The Laboratory is aiming at constructing high level research platform of Energy Chemical Process Intensification, gathering high level researchers, developing fundamental science research on provincial key problems and supporting the development of provincial and national Chemical and Energy Industry.
