配电网中的非线性负荷所产生谐波电流会引起一系列供电质量问题。报告分析了配电网中由谐波电流引起的电能质量的起因,标准,并介绍了三类谐波电流污染问题治理方法的基本理论、控制方法及应用举例。

The harmonic current generated by the non-linear load in the distribution grid can cause a series of power quality problems. The seminar analyzes the causes and standards of the power quality. Then, the basic theory, the control algorithms and the application cases of the three kinds of harmonic current pollution control methods are introduced.

娱乐产业是文化产业的主要部分,涵盖了电影、电视、互联网媒体、音乐、出版、软件游戏等多项产业。许多产业其实和文化产业重合。《娱乐法》是针对娱乐产业发展当中产生的众多法律问题而专门设立的一门讲座课程。讲座将集中讲述与娱乐产业有关的法律议题,包括信息社会的娱乐产业框架、版权文化政策的隐喻、合理使用制度、不正当竞争与商标法、隐私权与形象权等。

Entertainment industry is the major part of copyright industry, including move、tv、media、publishing、software and games, which many areas overlap copyright industry. The course focus the legal topics related to the entertainment industry, ranging from copyright、trademark、unfair competition、right of privacy and right of publicity.

机器人是自动执行工作的机器装置,它既可以接受人类指挥,又可以按预先设定程序行动。目前电力机器人的主要任务是协助或取代运行人员完成电力系统的巡检和维护工作。这个专题首先介绍了机器人的发展现状以及电力系统的典型应用。接着,分析了电力机器人目前存在的主要问题。最后,针对以上问题,讨论了电力机器人在感知与控制方面的共性技术。

A robot is a machine with being capable of operating a series of actions automatically. Robots can be guided by human or work according to the preset procedures. The main task of the robot for power system is to help or replace the operators to complete the inspection and the maintenance of the power system. The presentation firstly introduces the state-of-the-art of robot and the applications of the robot for power system. Then, some main problems of the robot for power system are analyzed. Finally, the perception and control technology of robot for power system is discussed.

电力电子技术可以简单地看作对电能进行自动控制的学科。本讲座面向的是具有大学学士学位或者正在大学本科学习的工程或非工程专业一般听众,以使他们对什么是电力电子技术有一个基本了解。首先,讲座将依据不同层次的定义、不同侧面的观点以及一个简单的例子来描述并解释电力电子技术的概念。其次,讲座将详细讨论电力电子技术的可能应用领域。其应用领域其实遍及人类社会从工业、人居与商业到交通的每个角落,渗透到了电能流动从发电、输配电到用电的每个阶段。随后,讲座将介绍电力电子技术知识体系的简要分类与内涵。电能系统在现代人类社会所面临重大问题的背景下正在经历重大的变革。最后,讲座将逐一阐述这些变革之下未来电能系统的发展趋势,以及这些发展趋势对电力电子技术带来的挑战。

Power electronics can be simply viewed as a discipline about the automatic control of electric energy.  This lecture is intended to be given to general audience that have college degrees or study at undergraduate schools in engineering or non-engineering areas, to let them have a basic understanding of what power electronics is.  Power electronics is firstly described and explained with different levels of definitions, from different view-points, and through a simple example.  Then the possible application areas of power electronics are extensively discussed, which actually are prevailing horizontally in almost every corner of human society, from industry, residence and commerce, to transportations, and penetrating vertically through every stage of electric energy flow from generation, transmission and distribution, to utilization.  A brief classification and elaboration on the knowledge system of power electronics is then introduced.  With the background of some fundamental issues that the modern human society is currently facing, electric power systems have been undergoing significant changes recently.  In the end, a review of the developing trends for future electric power systems is presented, followed by a discussion about the overall challenges in fundamental methods and techniques to power electronics.

微电网是一个由本地的电源、储能装置和负荷有机组成的微型电网,其正常运行时通常与传统的集中式电网同步,但也可以根据物理或者经济方面的运行条件灵活的与主网断开或并网运行。微电网可以有多种不同的应用目的,根据其不同应用情形下的主要目标。它们通常被看作是通过控制分布式能源来应对供电紧急中断或和能源供应局部优化的手段。微电网还提供了一种方法来为偏远地区提供电力供应和使用清洁和可再生能源作为电气化一个系统的方法。

基于IEC/TS 62898-1,报告将介绍和设计微电网的总体规划的指导方针,它主要包括以下几个方面:

1. 微网目的确定及应用;

2. 微电网规划所需的初步研究,包括资源分析、负荷预测、电网规划和电力系统规划;

3. 微电网技术在规划阶段应规定的技术要求;

4. 微网评估以选择最佳微电网规划方案。

Microgrid is a localized grouping of electricity sources and loads that normally operates connected to and synchronous with the traditional centralized electrical grid (macrogrid), but can disconnect and function autonomously as physical and/or economic conditions dictate. Microgrids can serve different purposes depending on the primary objectives of their applications. They are usually seen as means to manage grid contingency and local optimization of energy supply by controlling distributed energy resources (DER). Microgrids also present a way to provide electricity supply in remote areas and to use clean and renewable energy as a systemic approach for rural electrification.

Based on IEC/TS 62898-1, the report will introduce the guidelines for the general planning and design of microgrids, it mainly covers the following issues:

1. Determination of microgrid purpose and application;

2. Preliminary study necessary for microgrid planning, including resource analysis, load forecast, DER planning and power system planning;

3. Principles of microgrid technical requirements that should be specified during planning stage;

4. Microgrid evaluation to select an optimal microgrid planning scheme.

 

 

中国对外交流简史

China’s Opening: A Historical Review

本课程通过全面系统地回顾中国古代对外交流的历史,使学生更好把握中国对外关系的不同历史阶段及其特征,以及贯穿中国对外交往历史的 “开发、包容、和睦”的核心文化元素。同时,为了能够更好地让学生掌握不同阶段中国对外交流的特点,本课程还将简单介绍中国不同时期的历史形成。

By brief yet thorough introduction about China’s communication with the outside world, the course aims to provide the students a wholistic understanding about China’s opening to the outside world during the past five thousand years. Though different periods of China’s comminication with the outside world carry different characteristics, the core cultural value that goes through the history of China’s communication with the outside world is its cherishing of “harmonious coexistence with its neighbors and the world”. This course will also make a brief introduction about the formation of different periods in China so that the students can better understand the characteristics of China’s communication with the outside world.
